All returns, refunds, and exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase and may be brought by BoHo Goddess Store location or online orders emailed to helpboho@yahoo.com. Please provide a physical receipt, digital receipt, or gift receipt no later than 30 days of purchase. Must be in new condition, un-worn, undamaged and with original tags attached. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. There are no refunds on Gift Cards for final sale items.
Gift Receipt:
All merchandise returned with a gift receipt will be refunded to a gift card for the original purchase value.
Exchanges:
All merchandise can be exchanged for any product in the store, for equal or greater value. Amy Exchanges where the product returned, exceeds the value of the product being purchased will receive the difference with a gift card. If you have your original receipt, it will be returned to your original payment method.
Same Applies to online orders and will be processed in 3-5 business days. Apon approval for return through our helpboho@yahoo.com. (Providing you have the proper Documation for a refund.)
